***The battle between the heart and the mind continues – the former wants to nurture and care for innumerable desires that arise, the later being judgemental dismiss them all ***
The thoughts provoke
And heart reflects
On the million desires
That lay behest
Breathing memories
Of half-forgotten past
Conceiving tomorrow
For a dream to last
Tedious and fatigued
The mind broods
‘What a waste’
O’ Heart, it croons
Shun these all
The desires so futile
Insatiate they remain
Their beauty so fragile
The tomorrow they assure
Always remain a myth
The dream they conceive
Never really stays with
Bounded by the logic
Thou remain confined
For you always speak ill
O my beloved mind
Appreciate tiny nothings
And rise above the hatred
For these are what remain
To adorn life’s garland
Come thou O’ beloved mind
Embrace me & converge
Shed all those inhibitions
And within me you merge
For then all that we dream
Together in unison
Will remain forever fragrant
Beyond the limit of horizon
